The skirt was part of my wedding outfit; I married Frank on 19 September. My mother made the skirt (I did not have the time to do it). As it had to be festive, we opted for the sweep version. The blouse I owned already, it is by Noa Noa; only I swapped the buttons for pearl buds. The fabric is the light blue ribbed silk from Renaissance Fabrics: https://www.renaissancefabrics.net/product/light-blue-ribbed-silk/ The fabric for the under skirt I found on Sartor: https://www.sartor.cz/5887-otoman-cream.html
