This skirt is drafted based on an actual garment as seen in an 1872 pattern catalog. It is designed to be worn with an underskirt (like TV201) and petticoat TV101 (see Underwear 1870-1915). The apron is lightly swaged in front with pleats at the side seam. The side back has pleated drapes hanging loosely down the side of the bustle. Two sashes hang from the enter back.. The closure is in the center back. This overskirt would look especially nice over a poufed underskirt, without the back sashes, and is suitable for a nice visiting skirt, or with elaborate trimming, would make a nice ball gown overskirt.
Sizes XS-XXL (Waist 50 – 100 cm = 20 – 40″) included.
