This overskirt is designed to be worn with an underskirt (like TV201) and bustle petticoat TV101 (see Underwear 1870-1915). It can be worn for both the early 1870’s, or the 1880’s style bustle. It can be made either round or pointed in front, and round or square behind. Lengthen the back to train length if desired. This skirt is fabulous for a ball gown. It will also make a very fashionable day dress.
