This hip pad or false rump is the perfect choice for late 18th C. dress styles that don’t require a full Panier.  Suitable for Levite, Round Gown, Redingote, Jackets or Robe à l’Anglaise! The pad adds volume to skirts while creating the period silhouette.

Our hip pads are made in Germany using quality materials. The current style is made from 100% cotton stuffed with 100% pure sheep wool. You can shorten the ties as desired. Each pad is unique!

Your hip pad’s colour depends on the available fabrics. Our product images are only fabric examples. The fabric is always striped and the colors are subtle earthy tones.
